#Satspanks 12/10/2013

Hello Saturday Spankoholics and welcome to another Saturday treat. Life has been a bit crazy here for the last little while, and I'm a very late entry this week, so I'm assuming you have already visited most, if not all the other writers and have been lapping up your naughty weekend pleasure. If not please be sure to do so for the best spankings around.

I am going to share another little piece of my next book, which should be available on Amazon sometime around Halowe'en. (But sorry to say, it's not a spooky story, for those you'll just have to visit Spank or Treat between October 25th and 27th!)

Maeve is a young woman in her twenties, just finished college and returning to work in her Grandmother's hotel in Connemara. The hotel is facing financial difficulties and Larry Williamson from Texas was considering offering a rescue package, an investment to keep it going. The young Irish woman has already come head to head with him, resulting in Larry taking her across his knee for a well deserved spanking after she slapped him across the face.

They are now meeting again, to consider whether or not they can work together...All does not bode terribly well, as you can see. Maeve still has a lot to learn.

He was dangerous, not least because she honestly couldn’t analyse how she felt about him; while she feared him, she realised she was beginning to develop an almost morbid attraction towards him.

"It would be a lot easier to work with you if we could at least try to be friends," Larry suggested hopefully.

“Let’s get one thing clear Mr Williamson, I accept I may have brought a little of it on myself by slapping you first, but my friends are not in the habit of assaulting me in such an intimate manner, and if they did, I would no longer consider them friends. What I feel towards you right this minute is a small measure of gratitude that you are considering saving the hotel, coupled with enough knowledge of you not to push the boundaries again. Mainly though what I feel about you is fear, and fear will never be the basis for a friendship,” Maeve replied, her determined tone confirming the resoluteness showing in her stubborn chin. “And there is one thing I wish to make absolutely clear before we pursue any type of business arrangement, if you repeat that behaviour, I will press charges. I’m letting it pass this time because I lashed out first. And one other thing, I’d prefer if Granny was present for any future meetings, it is her business after all, not mine.”

This excerpt is a follow on from one shared on 12 July #Satspanks Thanks for visiting, have a great weekend and enjoy the rest of the bloghop.

    2. Eventually though, Maeve must realized that she's not really as in control as she thinks. I mean part of her actually did like the spanking.

  6. I like how she contemplates her attraction to him. Maeve sounds like a very feisty gal. I wonder though... will her words hold true? Will she really press charges, next time?

    1. In my opinion, sometimes the illusion of being in control is much more important than actually being in control. Whether she will or won't isn't as relevant as the fact that he thinks she just might. If that's a good thing or a bad thing, only time will tell. The sword is always double edged.

  7. Now, does she really mean that? She may think she does... loved the snippet.

    1. Thank you, She may think it, PK, or more importantly, she may want HIM to think it, especially as she finds she's drawn to him against her will.

  12. Careful what you ask for Maeve, he might think your serious. Then where would you be, lonely, bratty and without a disciplinarian. Making Maeve a sad girl. Lovely snippet.

    1. Maybe she is serious...He took liberties that a stranger shouldn't have taken. Picture it, a man you've met twice spanks your behind without consent...what do you do? You want justice but you're too humiliated to exact it, but you need him to know that you just might...

    2. I like her feistiness and her insistence that might actually be weaker than she wishes to project. Her inner conflict about him is intriguing too.
