#SatSpanks #CorbinsBend Forever Summer

Saturday Spankings

Welcome back to another Saturday Spankings. Pull up a chair, take a seat and prepare for a long hot Saturday. The list is long this week so you can be sure you are in for some tasty treats. I am giving you another little teaser from my next Corbin's Bend  novella, now with a shiny new title and a full first draft! Damn, that means edits....

So without futher ado, let me give you a little snippet from Forever Summer.

The background: Kieran has just arrived in Corbin's Bend. Ange and Jim have left him to his own devices for a few hours when  Carla arrives to collect some blueprints. They get talking. Kieran asks about her parents, he's curious as he knows Carla's father is Jim's business partner and he asks if her parents live in Corbin's Bend.

“No, my folks live in Denver, they were too settled to move. Mom has all her charities and things to keep her in the city.”
                “So what brought you here?”

Carla realised then that he didn’t know a thing about the place. She had some vague recollection about Ange saying something about their families being ashamed of the publicity. Sooner or later he would find out. An unsuspecting vanilla in Corbin’s Bend for three months:  This was going to be fun! Carla couldn’t help but wickedly wish to be present the moment the realisation dawned on him.

I think Kieran's enlightenment should be entertaining. But will Carla get to see it, and would she even want to?

This is a blog hop. Say hello, or make a comment if you like. Thanks for dropping in before visiting the others on the links below, Have a great Saturday.

    1. She is that for sure.
She reminds me of that song,
I'm just a soul whose intentions are good, Oh Lord please don't let me be misunderstood - By the Animals I think.

  5. I am really looking forward to reading this. I'd like to see Carla get a happy ending (by way of a few spankings, natch.)

Interesting dynamic if the guy is the inexperienced one. We've had it the opposite way round a couple of times in Corbin's bend in Finding their Bliss and Long Shot.

Of course, maybe he isn't as unsuspecting or vanilla as she thinks. He is Jim's brother, after all.

  10. She should SO be there for the reveal. Exile to Unity has been my favorite of the Corbin's bend novels so far. Can't wait for Forever Summer.
